This policy explains what information Adeola Forge collects through adeolaforgehq.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. If you have a question about it, email adeola@adeolaforgehq.com.
What we collect
When you send a project brief or request an app health check, we collect what you enter: your name, email, company, website or app link, project details, budget, timeline, how you’d like us to reply and, if you choose WhatsApp, your phone number.
When you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive the details you share there.
We don’t use advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, understand your project, prepare a proposal and deliver the work if you hire us. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list.
If you request an app health check, we review only the public version of the app you gave us, and only after you confirm you own it.
Services that process your information
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our business:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, measures visits without cookies and protects our forms from spam with Turnstile.
- Make.com delivers form submissions to us.
- Google Workspace stores our record of project enquiries.
- Zoho Mail handles our business email.
- WhatsApp, run by Meta, handles messages you send us there.
Each provider only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep project enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them unless you’ve become a client. Client project records are kept for as long as we need them to support the work and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email adeola@adeolaforgehq.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the UK or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
