Why we exist

AI tools made it possible to build an app in a weekend. They didn’t make it possible to run a business on one. The gap between a demo that works and a product that holds up is where most of our work happens: the security rules nobody set, the payment flow nobody verified, the automation that fails quietly on a Friday.

We started Adeola Forge to close that gap properly. That means designing things people want to use, and engineering them so they keep working after launch.

We diagnose before we quote

Every project starts with understanding what’s actually there. You get written findings before you’re asked to pay for fixes.

Fixed price, named milestones

You know the price, what each milestone delivers and when, before work starts.

Root causes, not patches

When something breaks, we find out why. A fix that only hides the symptom comes back later, usually at a worse time.

Honest when the answer is no

If an app isn’t worth saving, or a feature isn’t worth building, we say so plainly. You keep the report either way.

You own everything

Your code, your accounts, your data and a handover note that explains how it all fits together.

We’re based in Nigeria and work remotely with clients across the US, the UK, Europe, Africa and beyond. We work in English, French and German, and schedule around your time zone.
